Located at Pike & Rose in North Bethesda, Del Friscos is an American bar and grill that gives a stylish yet inviting atmosphere. Here you can enjoy a quick lunch, go out for a nice dinner & end your work day with a happy hour. Not to mention you can close out your weekend with brunch.
Visiting Del Frisco-Bethesda, I immediately knew I was there for happy hour. What can I say, a girl needed a cocktail. Their bar is like their center focus and main attraction, which I must say is a beautiful wrap around bar. It also looks out onto their patio seating which is a great alternative to indoor seating when the weather is nice.
Since we’re here for their happy hour I must inform you that it features an awesome sip and share menu. This menu is available Monday-Friday at the bar or on the patio from 4:00 pm – 6:30 pm. Gives you enough time to get off work and grab a quick bite and a nice cocktail. You can enjoy a selection of wine, spirits, hand-crafted cocktails and classic bites all for $7 each. Draft beers for $6. You can’t beat that.
With that being said, I ordered their White Sangria for my cocktail. I was immediately caught off guard but pleasantly surprised that the drink came with a popsicle. Yes, a POPSICLE!! Not only was the drink super refreshing and light, it tasted A M A Z I N G! It has been deemed as one my favorite drinks to date.
I also tried the Cheesesteak eggrolls. The combination of the steak with the cheese and what tasted like a sweet and sour sauce (more sweet than sour), they were mouth watering. I’m not one for a lot of different elements in my food like this but this was a win in my book.
If you ever get the chance, I would say these 2 items are a must try.
